Getting the blood out of your head is an exceptional first step to shake off the cobwebs and resist that pull to fall back asleep. After opening your eyes, simply sit up so your neck and top two abs are working and drain that blood. Now GTFU!

This fucker will get you there. Where are you going? If you want a zero caffeine life, this is the golden pathway. If you want to kick back your caffeine intake by the Huberman 60-90 minutes after rising, this is also your guy.

The ingredients, starting from the top left and moving down and around to the top right, are cacao beans, turmeric root (fresh slices), cinnamon sticks, chicory root pieces, maca powder, dandelion root powder, shilajit resin, black peppercorns, turmeric root (fresh slices), and rhodiola rosea root.

Ingredient Breakdown
I knew some of those ingredients needed daily use to build into your system so I summarized my research below.
Adaptogens: A natural substance that helps the body adapt to stress, restoring balance in energy, mood, or resilience. They don’t force one direction (like a stimulant or sedative), they normalize. Most adaptogens are in the Builds category (e.g., rhodiola, shilajit, maca). Their balancing effect emerges with consistent use, because they modulate stress-response systems (like the HPA axis) gradually. Some adaptogens can give an instant lift in certain people (e.g., rhodiola can sharpen focus even in one dose), but their true adaptogenic effect is cumulative.
Non-adaptogens can still fall into “Builds” or “Instant”: Turmeric → Builds (anti-inflammatory benefits are cumulative) and Black pepper → Instant (piperine absorption boost happens immediately).
