8.5 out of 10 of my THC highs in the last 2 years have been ultra creative, energetic, and deeply therapeutic. They have led to some of my best ideas, and more importantly, most of them hold up when sober me audits them. Think of it as a tall glass of wine dose, yet you step your foot into a parallel reality for 8 hours. This is…maximizing benefits and minimizing negatives.
Experiment honestly and find your frequency. Start with 2 weeks as your datum point. Temet Nosce. Mine is 2 weeks minimum, and I try to make it 4 weeks maximum. The formuoli starts the night before:

Zero to light caffeine. Possible first meal of day (mostly protein and healthy fats; small portion).
Perhaps a session with your passions ❤️ charging the soul.
Light cardio and medium to heavy weights.
Cold shower.
Medium portion meal mostly protein and healthy fats.
Pack bag(s) for the day. Prepare a caffeinated drink for adventure time & beyond.
Deeper meditation and prayer.
Break out the black box. Pack a 1-hitter super full (now it is a 2-hitter). Deep intentful breath. Exhale. Initiate THC Combustion. Inhale THC. Exhale THC. Then a period of feeding the brain ambient air inhales. Then a deep intentful breath. Exhale. Initiate THC Combustion. Inhale THC. Exhale THC. Then a period of feeding the brain oxygen inhales. Then a deep intentful breath, and a smile 🙂
Adventure time begins. With a zibaldone. No sedentary work until adventure time is over 🙂 my favorite spots are botanical gardens, isolated beaches, and farms. I focus on outward creation and idea generation (captured by mi zibaldone, index cards, or voice memos / videos with my phone phast phone).
Eventually, and you will feel it, adventure time pivots to the next phase of the excursion. Consider some sort of deep sedentary work. My favorites are writing (usually accompanied by RUFUS DU SOL), mixing music (as of recently), and reading old writing / journaling of mine.
Ride it out. Feel it out. Eventually start the twilight phase. Make love to your home.
After a few implementations, try injecting the evening-prior phone phasted element which is part of the phone phast formuoli!
This Huberman Youtube Short bolsters my stance on keeping the minimum frequency to biweekly.
*note: this formuoli is negligible to the pockets: I have smoked 7 grams in the past 27 months. There was definitely 1 week in 2017 I personally smoked 7 grams. ALSO! I’ve noticed this formuoli seldomly leads to gluttony of food, drinks, snacks.
