48h Rules
Given the frequency (as compared to my 2 week rules), these serve as the bread and butter to an elevated life on Earth. I hit most of these daily, but life happens and we travel etc. so I refuse to let these slip for more than 48 hours in a row. Habits and discipline impact quality of life:Β .
Cold water exposure for dopamine health (at the very least a hot then cold shower, but usually full coldy).
Vigorous exercise (brain bathes in blood and the natty high is present :)
Minimum 10 minutes of sunlight before 9 AM to anchor the circadianΒ (this has a surprising amount of effects on the endocrine system, neurotransmitters, and sleep quality).
Thorough meditation /\ teleporting; a true state-altering session
12 hour minimum caloric fast (usually 17 hours)
No coffee or energy drink etc 2 days in a row
No texting or social media after 8 pm / before 11 AM
Self-torture all around usβ¦
Once you break out of an addiction, any addiction of any magnitude or type, just know that in those moments of urges and resistance to say no and do the right thing, know that you would be TORTURING yourself if you give in.
Lots of our addictions have minor consequences, so they donβt become detrimental in the short term.

Eat sugar treat? OMG itβs free? I mustβ¦
Substance/person\habit pulling at the animal part of our brainβ¦
What is ever so subtle is the accumulation of all the minor/medium magnitude YESβs we say to ourselves in these moments.
What person would I be in 1 year if I tightened up where and when it mattered so βlittleβ?Β
I still believe in letting loose and having fun; everything in moderationβ¦even moderation xD
