*Since writing about my beloved nitro cold brew, I have been on a zero coffee run (not by choice whatsoever). Due to severe GI history I can’t eat salads or drink coffee anymore, and have a colonoscopy+endoscopy on May 17th :/. I miss the days drinking peppermint black coffee and nitro cold brews from the keg’s tit. I’ve been drinking yerba mate loose leaf spliffed with papaya and mint leaves nearly every day. The papaya has enzymes to decrease acidity in the stomach, and you can taste the smooth diffusion in the tea going down thru our precious temples. If I had to choose one caffeinated drink for the rest of my life, it would be this spliffed yerba blend over nitro. It yields superior clarity, yet still packs a stimulation punch with an exquisite taste.

  • Supplements. My current daily stack is simply food, liquids, cod liver oil, vitamin C with rosehip, vitamin D

  • Chill evenings with walks, community, family, friends, romance, food, rest

  • Identifying and appreciating the moment as a natural human with no drugs in the system.
