Did you know caffeine was nothing more than a plant’s natural insecticide? The pests get zooted and duck off! When humans got a little zing themselves, we commercialized the hell out of it:

A human by the name Dr. Mark Plotkin hosted a rare feature episode on the [legendary!] Tim Ferriss’s podcast [GOATed!] for an action-packed 60 minute sesh. This curious fella didn’t miss a step. He clearly wrote the script beforehand, and to be honest that led to an immaculate listening experience. He weaves in all kinds of humor and drips unforgettable history.

Shingo replied to my ass on the instagram, and my new goal is to be sauced off [SAKE!] at a Shingo set in Osaka / Tokyo at some point in the early 2030s linked with augmented reality /|\

After The Weeknd’s “Dawn FM” and Drake’s “Honestly, Nevermind” albums, with a sprinkle of RUFUS DU SOL and Elderbrook, my theory is this will be the sound of the new age. The Artificial Intelligence induced renaissance age. Some sort of neo-house-dance.

More on AI another day. For now, queue up Shingo’s album “Glow” or his new single “Come Closer” (which is what lured me in in the first place).

To Become a Man.

During a recent sunrise stroll to the local brine-water river in the great sunshine state of FLorida…I started a list of the firm attributes that solidified within me when I felt the identity of a man. It’s certainly a particular feeling that you behold on Planet Earth.

• Control over substance ingestion.

• Strength.

• Accountability.

• Sacrifice.
